It draws the code. It never opens your link.

Codes that don't expire

The QR holds your address itself, so it keeps working even if this service disappears.

Nothing to sign up for

No account and no API key. Call it from a script, a README or an email.

Nothing is kept

We don't store your address or count your scans. Each request is drawn and forgotten.

Use it anywhere an image goes

Fair use

Each IP address can make 2 new codes a minute. After that you get a 429 and a Retry-After header.

The form on this page proves it is a real browser, which raises the limit to 10 new codes a minute.

A code that Cloudflare has already cached comes back instantly and usually doesn't count.
